What if I can't meet the repayments on my loan?

Are you struggling to repay?

You cannot miss a payment and 'catch up' the following month. If you miss a monthly payment, or your payment is late, we will charge you a late payment fee of up to €25, which will be registered with a Credit Reference Agency and could affect your credit rating.

If you are already in arrears and are still struggling with your borrowings, please call our Collections and Recoveries Team. There are a number of ways we can help you. Please call us to find out what these are.

There are a number of organisations who can provide you with useful information, advice and support when dealing with debt. You can talk to them about your financial concerns in complete confidence. Please be aware that there are also many similar commercial companies that will charge you for this service.

Citizens Advice Bureau
